Creating a Proposal – Start to Finish
It's never been easier to create amazing solar, battery and electrification proposals. See how in < 3 minutes.

- Solar Installer users

What You Need To Do:
- Click the + Opportunity button in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Either:
- Drag-n-drop a customers pdf bill then select the customers phase (this can not be known off the bill unfortunatly!) then click Create, or
- Enter electricity bill details manually and then click Create
Note: Create can only be selected once all mandatory inputs (marked with '*') have been input.
- If you'll be doing building or vehicle electrification in the proposal click on the edit site icon to open the Energy Profile - Site Settings popup.
Enter in mandatory information into all relivant tabs, then click Save changes.
See here to understand more about the customer energy profile. - Click the Generate automatic proposals button on the top righ hand side.
Note: If this button is greyed out / you are not able to click on it, go to your preferences and configure your automation settings.
The software will then create your proposal automatically! 😎
Below: Automatically generated proposal in 3d Consultative View: - Tweak proposal if required and share with the customer by clicking Share All.
Note: The customer can only get the proposal if you enter their email or if you copy a proposal link out into your own email. To check / edit / add the customers email address entered ,see below:
Things you may want to tweak before you share the proposal with the customer:
- For solar: Add solar areas to the property and then panel layouts in the proposal.
