Customer Proposal Insights
After you have shared a proposal with a customer you can see when they have last viewed your proposal, what option/s and how many times. Our Customer Proposal Insights is invaluable to helping you get closer to the sales opportunity to help close more deals.

How does this feature work?
After sharing a proposal with the customer you can leverage this feature in the following ways:
- Option 1 - Quick Check:
From the home dashboard. Quickly see if any proposal option has been viewed and how many times.
Tip: Click on the views icon to see more stats including last view date and time.

Within the 3D proposal view is where you can dive in to see what options have been viewed.
Tip: Click on the views icon to see more stats including last view date and time.
The below shows the views of the proposal as per the bundle selection on the 3D view.
Changing the selection on the 3D view shows if the customer has viewed these other options accordingly.
To quickly see what options the customer has viewed the most or viewed at all you can click on All Options as per the below.
Then when in all options you can see what options have been looked at the most and when.
Note: If / when you unshare and re-share a proposal with a customer, the insights for this proposal reset and all view counts go back to zero. This way you can be sure all proposal insights are related to the most current proposal shared with the customer.
