Creating a Proposal – Start to Finish

Steps to Create a Proposal:
- Click the + Opportunity button in the top-right corner of the screen.

- Enter Electricity Bill Details
Enter electricity bill details, and then click Create
Note: Create can only be selected once all mandatory inputs (marked with '*') have been input. - Optional: Edit Site for Building or Vehicle Electrification
If electrification or energy efficiency will be included in the proposal, go to the relevant tabs and click the edit site icon to open the Energy Profile – Site Settings popup.
Enter in mandatory information into all relevant tabs, then click Save changes.
See here to understand more about the customer energy profile. - Generate Automatic Proposals
Click the Generate automatic proposals button on the top-right-hand side.
Note: If this button is greyed out or cannot be clicked, go to preferences and configure automation settings (requires Admin privileges).
Your proposal will then be created automatically!
Automatically generated proposal in 3d Consultative View - Tweak and Share
Tweak proposal (if required) and share it with the customer by clicking Share All.
Note: The customer can only receive the proposal if an email address is entered or if a proposal link is copied into an email. To check, edit, or add the customer’s email address, see below.
Things You May Want to Tweak before Sharing

- For solar: Add solar areas to the property and then panel layouts in the proposal.Recommended Article: Creating a Solar Design and Proposal (Overview)
- Add alternative product options.

- Edit default payment options
