What to do here?
Here is where you can preview the customer proposal. Here is also where you can change some things to help maximise your chances of sales conversion. And lastly, when you are happy with the proposal, here is where you share it with the customer from.

Things to check over / consider before you send it to the customer:

  • Switching - Increase conversion.
What is it? Every day SpendWatt gets an update of all energy retail offers on the NEM for SME and Residential markets. This is the only sales platform where you can significantly improve the attractiveness of your proposal by pairing your proposed solution with the best electricity retail offer. This typically improves and reduces payback time by 20%, whilst building trust through transparency.
Note: Not available for large commercial customers or customer not on NEM (WA, NT).
Toggle this button to see the massive impact it can have to your proposals.
Note: The customers can not see the Switching button, so you have control if they can see the offers to switch or not. If Switching is on when you share the proposal then the customers can see the retail energy offers and even select what one they like the best - if Switching is off they can not see the retail energy offers and their existing rates will be assumed for their forecast costs once the project is completed.

  • Add Solar Panel Layouts - Increase conversion by showing the customer where their solar will go in an attractive way.
  • Finance - Increase conversion by showing cashflow positive solutions - Show how the customer can save money from day one without spending a cent.
  • Quotes - Protect profit margins by including your inclusions and exclusions using description only type cost components that you make visible to the cusotmer.
  • Control how you want to share the proposal - Increase conversion by aligning the best customer proposal with your specific situation. Use the 3d interactive model as a consultative way to show the customer why you recommemd the bundle your recommend. Use the public proposal links when you want the customers view to be limited to only one or two options.
