Creating an EV Charger Proposal (Overview)

What You Need To Do:

After a) the opportunity has been created follow the below steps:

1. Click on the Energy Profile tab and then click on the blue pen icon to enter into the Site Settings.
   
2. Click on the Fuel tab.
3. Add a Vehicle from one of the two places noted below:
   Note: If an existing vehicle has been entered here then use the option on the top right hand side.
   
   
4. Copy in the below settings then click Save Changes
   1. Label = EV Charger
   2. Class = Hatchback
   3. Fuel Type = Diesel
   4. $/Litre ($ Inc GST) = $0.01
   5. Average Daily Travel (km/day)* = 0.01
   6. Car Home Time* = Sometimes
   7. Current Value ($ Inc GST)* = $0
   8. Maintenance ($ Inc GST)* = $0
   9. Quantity = [Number of chargers you want to include in the proposal]
      
5. Click on the Electrification tab
   
   
   
6. Click on Add Option and then, select the Existing Item that includes 'EV Charger', then click on Next:
   
7. Then in the same popup box select the Activity as Upgrade
8. Then in the same popup box select the Type as Electric Vehicle
9. Then click on the magnifying glass icon to bring up the product selection popup
   
10. In the product selection popup window find and select the desired upgrade EV Charger.

11. Click Add
    
12. Check over the budget. When happy, add this option to the proposal using the blue Add button on the option line.
    
13. Click on the Proposals tab to preview the customer proposal.
    Note: You can repeat the above proces to either add other vehicle electrification proposal options as well as providing more product options for the same EV Charger.
