One Simple Way to Edit Preferences
Customising an opportunity preferences is a breeze:

Click the Opportunity Preferences button in the top-right corner of your screen.

In the popup, set your
Residential Project Lead Time and
Business Project Lead Time.
Add or tweak Incentives with the "Add Option" button for this opportunity only.

Click Close to save.
