Uploading smart meter data

Enhance accuracy by uploading smart meter data—gain a precise view of your customers energy profile and improve savings forecasts.

What You Need To Do:
  1. On the energy profile, click the + button under "general" in the electricity tab.

  2. Select your file (must be NEM12 format, example below) and upload.
  3. To override it, simply upload another.

Having trouble uploading Smart meter data, or is your data not NEM12 format?
Email your smart meter data to hello@spendwatt.com, and we'll convert it for you, typically within 4 business hours. However if urgent, please mark so in the email and we will do our best to turn it around faster.
