Product Added to Private Supplier Not Showing to add in Proposals
A product has been added to your Private Supplier catalogue, however it does not appear when building proposals.
Why This Happens
This usually occurs because the product has not been assigned a price within the Private Supplier.
Products without a price cannot be selected or used within proposals.
Even if the product has been successfully added to your "My Products" in the Pivate Supplier, it will remain unavailable until a price is entered (this can be $0 but can not be left blank if you want to be able to select in in the retailer section of the platform).
How to Fix It
Step 1: Open My Products
Navigate to your Private Supplier area and open the My Products tab.
Step 2: Locate the Product
Search for the product you recently added.
Step 3: Enter a Price
Enter a Cost Price (Ex GST) for the product.
Note: The value can be $0 if required, however the field cannot be left blank.
Step 4: Return to the Proposal
Return to your retailer organisation section and try selecting the product again.
The product should now appear correctly and able to be selected to create options with.
Important Note
Any product added to your Private Supplier catalogue must have a price assigned before it becomes available for use within proposals.
