Mark An Opportunity As Won
Step 1 - Navigate to an opportunity

On Dashboard, open an opportunity.

This feature applies to any non-indicative option/s in the proposal.

Step 3 - Mark Opportunity as Won
- Marking the opportunity as Won will send a confirmation email to the customer.
If you do not wish to send a confirmation email to the customer, you must first remove the customers email from the "Edit Customer" Dialog:
Click the edit customer icon in the header of the opportunity
In the "Edit customer" Dialog, ensure their Email is removed and click update.

On the bottom-right of the proposal page, click the Mark as Won button.

Check the boxes and click the Mark as Won button, the order will be considered as won.

The previous Mark as Won button will now become a dropdown bar that allowes the installer to cancel it.

Cancelling the order will bring it back to the previous stage.

Notes

The opportunity must have existing items and items should not be indicative.

Confirmation Emails would be sent to installer and customer when it’s marked as won or cancelled.
