Managing Notes

keep track of important customer details with our notes feature.

Add Notes via the Opportunity Dashboard:

  1. On the Opportunity Dashboard, locate the customer opportunity you want to add notes for and click the "Notes" icon (a pencil / notepad symbol).
  2. In the notes popup, type your customer notes—such as preferences, past interactions, or special requirements—and click "Save" to store them for easy access.

Add Notes anywhere in an opportunity:

  1. Open any opportunity and click the "Notes" icon (a pencil / notepad symbol) in the top-right corner of the screen to open the notes popup.


  2. In the notes popup, type your customer notes—such as preferences, past interactions, or special requirements—and click "Save" to store them for easy access.
