Add Notes via the Opportunity Dashboard:
- On the Opportunity Dashboard, locate the customer opportunity you want to add notes for and click the "Notes" icon (a pencil / notepad symbol).

- In the notes popup, type your customer notes—such as preferences, past interactions, or special requirements—and click "Save" to store them for easy access.

Add Notes anywhere in an opportunity:
- Open any opportunity and click the "Notes" icon (a pencil / notepad symbol) in the top-right corner of the screen to open the notes popup.

- In the notes popup, type your customer notes—such as preferences, past interactions, or special requirements—and click "Save" to store them for easy access.
