Where You're Stuck
Looking at a product window but can't find the product you are looking for?
The Below Steps Will Help You:
-
Check it’s not hiding on another page.
Note: By default products load showing only 10 per page – you can go through more (if any) using the navigation at the top of the products table).
-
Try filtering for it using the inputs above each column.
E.g. To search for a 475W Jinko panel. Enter Jinko into Manufacturer input and 475 into code input and push enter.
This will find all products that are Manufactured by Jinko and have 475 within the Code.
-
If you still can’t see the product your looking for – add the desired product to your private supplier (note that this only works if 'private supplier' is enabled at the brand level) . Your Private Supplier is found by clicking on your business name on the top right-hand corner, then private supplier in the organisation dropdown.
Note: You need Admin access privileges to access your organisations private supplier.
- In private supplier Click on Catalogue to be taken to the products in SpendWatt.

- Then search/filter to locate the desired product/s, pushing enter after each search input to action. Then Add to My Products.
Note: Use multiple inputs as per the below e.g. to quickly find what you're looking for.
If you can not find the product you are looking for, you can raise a support ticket with SpendWatt.
-
Click on My Products, then locate the product/s you've just added. Input your cost price ex GST - then you are good to use in your retailer account to start selling.
Important Note: If the price is left blank it will NOT be able to be found in your product options when your building your proposals - it must have a price (or $0) to become visible in your Retailer section / where you build proposals.

- Return back to your retailer account using the navigation in the top right hand corner.
Note: If the product is not in the private supplier catalogue, you can raise a support ticket with SpendWatt so it can be added to the catalogue.
