Edit Opportunity Preferences

When an opportunity is first created certain settings are copied automatically into it from the preferences. From that point on the opportunity references it's Opportunity Preferences and not the installer organisation preferences - this is what allows you to update your installer organisation preferences withouth it impacting existing opportunities. These settings are found within the oppprtunity as per the below.

Edit Opportunity Preferences:

1. Open the opportunity you want to customise.
2. Click the Opportunity Preferences button located in the top-right corner.
   
   
3. In the popup you can:

   • Adjust the Residential Project Lead Time.
   • Modify the Business Project Lead Time.
   • Add or edit Incentives by clicking "Add Option" to include specific incentives for this opportunity.
     
     
   
4. Review your changes, then click Close to save and apply them to this opportunity only.

Congratulations! You’ve successfully edited the preferences for this opportunity. These settings will apply specifically to this opportunity, while your standard preferences remain unchanged for others.
