What is the Customer Energy Profile?
This is where you set up the customer’s existing electricity bills, gas bills, and petrol & diesel vehicles. Together, these create the customer’s energy profile consisting of cost, CO2e emissions, and kWhs.
Where is the Customer Energy Profile located?
Editing the Energy Profile:
Click on the blue pen icon to enter into the Site Settings for the selected tab (Electricity, Gas, Site Items, Fuel Site Items, Inflation) .
Adding gas bills:
Note: if you plan on proposing any gas appliances upgrades, gas bill details must first be added here first.
Adding existing appliances:
Note: if you plan on proposing any appliances upgrades, the customers existing appliance(s) must first be added here. 
Adding existing petrol &/or diesel vehicles
Note: Here you can add the customer’s existing petrol and/or diesel vehicles, as well as the information required for EV charger proposals.
Once you have properly set up the customer’s energy profile, you are set to create your proposals - and if your company’s admin has configured your company’s automation settings in the preferences you can even create proposals automatically by clicking on the Generate Automatic Proposals button on the top right of the energy profile screen!
