What is the Customer Energy Profile?

This is where you set up the customers existing electricity bills, gas bills, petrol & diesel vehicles. Together these create the customers energy profile consisting of cost, CO2e emissions and kWh's.
Think of the customer energy profile how they would continue to be if they did not change anything about their power. This profile is used to compare what you propose vs their existing situation to expose their savings, ROI's, cashflows and essentially the impact of whatever it is that you propose.
