Control Users Seeing All or Only Their Own Opportunities
Manage your team’s visibility by controlling whether users can see all opportunities or only their own.

Follow these steps to adjust user permissions in the organization settings.
Control Opportunity Visibility:

Navigate to Organization Settings by clicking the gear icon in the top-right corner, as shown in the first image.

Select Team Members from the left-hand menu.
- Click the pencil icon next to the team member you want to edit.

In the popup, locate the View only owned opportunity? toggle, as shown in the image.
- Enable the toggle to restrict the user to only see opportunities they own.
- Disable the toggle to allow the user to see all opportunities in the organization.
5. Click Update to save the changes.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully updated the user’s opportunity visibility settings. The user will now see opportunities based on the permissions you set.
